As a privately owned company, WM Commercial Roofing sells and installs the Conklin Roofing Systems for waterproofing and solar reflection. These systems can be applied to almost any type of flat, low-slope or metal roof (commercial, industrial, or agricultural), and can be warrantied for up to 18 years (non-prorated) for liquid-applied systems or 20 years (non-prorated) for single-ply systems.
